David, as our Operations Director, oversees all aspects of the business with a hands-on and solutions-focused approach. He brings a wealth of industry experience, having started his career with the RTA in 1977. David has been instrumental in spearheading its growth, sharing his extensive knowledge across the organisation.
Extremely customer-focused, David has built strong relationships with many high-profile clients, which he continues to manage personally on a daily basis.
David is married to Kerrye, and together they have one son, Trent, who runs our Queensland-based business, CDT Traffic Services, located in Burleigh Heads. Outside of work, David’s passions include fishing, cars, and spending time with his three beloved French bulldogs.
With over 40 years of experience across the civil, building, and traffic industries, Steve has rejoined Adams Traffic Management Services for a second tenure, bringing deep industry knowledge and a strong focus on client relationships.
He oversees both our traffic control teams and internal staff, ensuring a smooth and professional service delivery. Known for his clear communication and commitment to going above and beyond and plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction while actively exploring new business opportunities.
Robyn is responsible for conducting confidential substance testing to ensure workplace compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements. With a strong background in nursing and a commitment to impartial, discreet reporting, Robyn plays a vital role in supporting the safety and integrity of our operations.
Outside of work, Robyn enjoys socialising and spending time with her four daughters and six grandchildren, who keep her busy and smiling.
With over 25 years of experience in the traffic industry, James has held a wide range of roles from emergency response and traffic plan development to team management and after-hours operations. Now serving as our Senior Traffic Control Manager, he brings a wealth of knowledge that he actively shares with both new and long-standing staff.
Highly focused on safety, professionalism, and client satisfaction, James approaches every project with confidence, reliability, and a strong commitment to public and team welfare.
Outside of work, James enjoys fishing, music, and spending time socialising with friends and family.
As the youngest member of our management team, Tom has quickly become an integral part of Adams Traffic Management over the past four years. He plays a key role in traffic design, permit applications, and site audits, ensuring full compliance with both internal and external standards.
Primarily based at our Castle Hill office, Tom also contributes onsite in various capacities always delivering his work with professionalism, precision, and a strong eye for detail.
Bev joined Adams Traffic Management in 2021 as a traffic controller and quickly progressed to the role of Team Leader, becoming an integral part of our management team. Known for her strong customer focus and leadership, Bev oversees a range of projects from bushland restoration to crane installations alongside general traffic control duties.
Outside of work, Bev enjoys spending time with her family, grandchildren and relaxing with a good book.
